IMPEL - Platforma i360 (I360 PLATFORM)

PLATFORMA i360 is a platform supporting the Client's business that focuses various types of applications. This is one place integrating different services, using one data source. The advantage of the Platform is that the Client can implement the same business structures and permissions for the areas of their business and for the users of the tool. This helps to ensure uniform, standardised administration of the company's departments and management of the operations performed by employees. The Platform in each of the modules has implemented workflow processes, which allow for the acceptance of operations, documents and processes on each level of the organisation. The tool enables supervision over organisational units and the course of activities, supports strategic company management.  The architecture of the solution also allows for building and administering user permissions from the tool level – these permissions are reflected in the application's source system, which allows for consistent management of information and activities of the people using the Platform. It is a modular solution that can be used to build further applications depending on Client needs. This allows you to manage different business lines of the Client, which are reflected as a number of modules in the application.

The Platform currently consists of the following modules:


STN – a module used to record and manage low-value assets (STN) located in the Client's facilities. It allows for the systemic transfer of assets between the Client's facilities, liquidation of fixed assets and collection of information on low-value assets held in various locations. In addition, the system allows you to create various types of reports, summaries and file generation. The application is integrated with other modules of the Platforma i360 in terms of user management, business structure and exchange of necessary data.

Ewidencja broni (Weapon records) – a module for managing and registering weapons on military/commercial premises. The services provided by the module are in accordance with current laws and regulations. As in the case of low-value assets, the module allows for systemic management of the transfer of weapons between objects with the generation of the necessary documentation. The advantage of the solution is the possibility to minimise the "paper" processes in the organisation and the possibility to centrally manage the weapons owned by the Client. The application is integrated with other modules of the Platforma i360 in terms of user management, business structure and exchange of necessary data.

Dokumentacja Koncesyjna (Licensing Documentation) – a module used to manage licensing documentation (in accordance with the guidelines of Article 19(5) of the Act of 22 August 1997 on the protection of persons and property) and to manage Employees dealing with the protection of persons and property in the scope:

  • maintaining a register of Security Officers,
  • maintaining the ID cards records
  • generating ID cards (POF, KPOF, KPZT)

The application additionally enables to keep the Register of Concluded Contracts and Books of Contract Execution necessary for proper management of licensing documentation in the company. The tool is integrated with other modules of the Platforma i360 in terms of user management, business structure and exchange of necessary data.

Harmonogrowanie (Scheduling) – a module used to manage working time at the Client's facilities, schedule working time (monthly/quarterly schedules for Contractors). It allows managing Employees in the scope of entering information about the planned work time and in verifying the work already done. The tool generates salary files based on actual working time. It helps managers manage work on the company's facilities/departments and manage facilities in different locations. Data on Employees, their contract types, place of employment and scope of duties are downloaded to the application from source systems (e.g. SAP HR), which allows for consistent and lawful management of work performance. The application is integrated with other modules of the Platforma i360 in terms of user management, business structure and exchange of necessary data.

Kokpit Managera (Manager's cockpit) – a module supporting managers in the scope of analysis and current information on the condition of subordinate contracts. It allows for cost management and forecasting of margin and revenue on contracts. A support tool for contract managers – allows for quick reaction in case of deviations and modifications. It enables the creation of revenue calculations, determination of contract profitability and current information about the financial situation. It gives the possibility to generate reports, summaries and forecasts. The data for the module are retrieved from the source systems and are based on information entered directly by the managers. The application is integrated with other modules of the Platforma i360 in terms of user management, business structure and exchange of necessary data.

Stacja Rekrutacja (Recruitment Station) – a module used for ordering the recruitment of employees by Clients and managing the recruitment process by Recruiters. The application enables to enter the demand for recruitment of employees with specific qualifications and to handle this process. The solution optimises the entire process in terms of the time of employee acquisition and information exchange between the Client and the Recruiter. The application enables the generation of reports and statements which are helpful in the area of billing for recruitment services. It is a tool that allows for constant control of tasks related to employee recruitment.  The application is integrated with other modules of the Platforma i360 in terms of user management, business structure and exchange of necessary data.
