The collection of requirements, their analysis and detailed identification of needs are the daily work of our analysts and consultants. This is to create a coherent vision of the target product to be delivered to the Client.
Analysis of business needs is an important aspect of the system development project. A team delegated by the Client, together with a leader, defines business and functional requirements. The team often describes the needs in terms of the benefits an organisation wants to achieve by developing and implementing a specific solution.
Individual meetings with the Client’s team can take the form of:
- Analytical meetings
- Interviews with target users
- Workshops in larger groups
Very often, during the implementation of IT systems, either new processes are created, or existing ones are rebuilt. Therefore, the ideal analysis tool is a business process modelling using BPMN (Business Process Notation Model). The decomposition of the process into individual activities and people responsible by using diagrams presenting visualised processes helps the whole team to understand them better.
