Who is responsible for protecting your data?

For what purpose and on what basis do we process your personal data?

Your personal data will be processed in order to send you the newsletter containing information about products, offers, references to press articles, etc.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Article 6(1)(a) RODO - consent to the processing of your personal data in connection with your consent under Article 172 and Article 174 of the Act of 16 July 2004. Telecommunications Law (consent for telemarketing conducted using telecommunications terminal equipment and automatic calling systems).

Who will be the recipient of your data?

SI-Consulting will transfer your personal data to other recipients entrusted with the processing of personal data on behalf of and for the benefit of SI-Consulting . Entities entrusted with the processing of your personal data fall in particular into the category of infrastructure solution providers and will not process your personal data within the meaning of the RODO, in a third country (outside the EEA).

How long will we process your personal data?

Your personal data will be processed until you withdraw your consent. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal. The provision of personal data is not mandatory, but necessary for SI-Consulting to fulfil the above-mentioned purpose.

What rights do you have?

You are entitled to: • to access your personal data and receive a copy of the personal data being processed;

  • to rectify your inaccurate personal data;  
  • to request the erasure of your personal data (right to be forgotten) in the event of the circumstances provided for in Article 17 of the RODO,  
  • request the restriction of the processing of your personal data, although separate legislation may exclude the exercise of this right.

If you believe that your personal data is being processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, which in the territory of the Republic of Poland is the President of the Data Protection Authority, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
