The controller of your voluntarily provided personal data is SI-Consulting Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Wrocław (50-304), ul. A. Słonimskiego 1 (hereinafter referred to as SI-Consulting Sp. z o.o.).

The Controller informs that, for the purpose of proper protection of personal data, he appointed a Data Protection Supervisor, who can be contacted at the following e-mail address: iod.sic@si-consulting.pl
We request that in case of doubts concerning the processing of personal data, you first address your questions to the Controller or to the Data Protection Supervisor.
Purposes, legal basis and duration of personal data processing
Your personal data, will/may be processed for the following purposes:
- to provide you with the opportunity to participate in the webinar organised by us. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data in this regard is Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO, i.e. our legitimate interest in carrying out our promotional activities and organising webinars.
- the possible establishment, investigation or defence against claims related to the organisation of the Event - the legal basis for data processing is the necessity of the processing for the realisation of the Controller's legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) RODO).
- the sending of promotional materials and marketing offers on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) RODO and consents under the provisions of the Telecommunications Law and the Act on the provision of electronic services).
For the above purposes, your personal data will not be subject to decisions based on automated processing, including profiling. You can withdraw your consent by contacting the Controller at the following email address: iod.sic@si-consulting.pl. Please also be advised that withdrawal of consent will not affect actions that the Controller has taken before consent was withdrawn.
Participation in the Event is voluntary, but it is linked to the need to provide us with certain personal data that enables us to organise and run the Event efficiently and to maintain contact with participants for this purpose.
Your personal data will be stored until you withdraw your consent, until you lodge an effective objection to the processing or until the purpose of the processing of this personal data ceases. In the case of the assertion or defence of claims, until their statute of limitations.
Data recipients - to whom the Controller may disclose personal data
Your personal data may be disclosed to our employees and entities authorised by law and those providing services to us that require access to your data - including the provision of a platform to host the webinar. However, in no case will your data be transferred outside the European Economic Area.

The rights you have depending on the legal basis of the data processing
(1) When the processing is based on Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO you have the right to: access to your data, rectification of your data, to be forgotten, restriction of processing, data portability.
Information regarding the consent given
The consent you have given for the processing of your personal data may be withdrawn at any time and the withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to the moment of withdrawal of consent. You can withdraw your consent by contacting us at the following email address: biuro@si-consulting.pl.
2. When the processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO you have the right to: access to your data, rectification of your data, to be forgotten, to restrict processing, to object to processing.
3. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data in the event that you consider̨ that the processing of your personal data is in breach of data protection laws.
