What important things can happen in the company in a few months? We successfully converted the SAP ERP system from ECC 6.0 to S/4HANA at US Pharmacia and... we didn't stop there! We can officially announce a productive start at the end of the second stage of our implementation -> now the USP production department uses the built-in PP/DS within S/4HANA!
PP/DS (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling) is a module of the S/4HANA system thanks to which companies can not only effectively plan and schedule production processes, but also create realistic and achievable production plans. The main goal of PP/DS is to increase production efficiency and optimize the use of resources -> including increasing the use of production capacity, shortening order fulfillment time, on-time delivery and reducing inventory levels.
We are convinced that this implementation will be perfect for US Pharmacia Sp. z o. o. -> we take wind in our sails and move on! :-)
